  8. The editor is responsible for making a decision on an "accept", "reject", or "revision" based on reviewer's reports. For the revision, the revised manuscript will be assigned to the same editor and sent out for a second round of reviews. Usually the same reviewers are used for the revised manuscript, but in case of any conflict reviewers may be changed. If the revised version does not meet the standards of the publication, the research paper might be rejected without additional revision. There is an exception for the third revision chance given to the authors as per the discretion of chief editor.
