The AMJR adopted two stages peer review process:
Note: The article which has been pass through stage first only are qualified for second stage of peer review process.
At first stage all submissions are subject to editorial board review. Here all submission has gone through strict plagiarism checking. After passing from plagiarism process, the articles which are found suitable will forward for next stage i.e. double blind peer review by expert peer reviewers. Those who have not qualified for first stage are straight forward rejected. AMJR never promote plagiarism at any stage of research work.
Articles which are qualified for first stage are send for review by expert in the related field. Here we adopted double blind peer review process. Since it’s a blind review process authors and reviewers both are not known to each other. The two reviewers are the expert of their relevant field/subjects. AMJR reserves all right for additional review whenever required. The reviewers give their advice on publication opportunity, together with their observations to the chief editor, which will transmit them to the authors. If the referents have contrary opinions, the chief editor may ask the opinion of a third referent. Our editorial take decision after the review is complete. This review is adopted in case of scientific/ technical research paper. The technique of review is same for the paper of literature review nature. The research works conducted by Ph.D. Scholars are also assessed through the same process.
NOTE: AMJR reserves all rights to take decision regarding refrainment of publication opportunity at any stage of peer review process.
Recommendations from other institutions teaching faculty / subject expert as a peer reviewer is accepted and they need to send us the name, affiliations, qualification, experience, designation and official email id and contact no.
The conception of AMJR has been done to channelize the information from researchers to the society in the best possible way. We are following certain code of ethics and adhere our associates to strictly follow the same.
AMJR and its editorial board is flourished by achieving the articles for publication of researchers and scholars which first of all are screened properly from plagiarised content.
Editorial board will be generated from renowned experts in the field. The full name address affiliation and updated contacts of the members of editorial board will be provided for the editorial office and on the journal’s webpage. Editors are the solely responsible for the acceptance or rejection of a manuscript, though it may be subjected to peer review but the final decision has been taken by the editor only. Any decision taken or matter of concern about a submitted article should not be revealed to anyone by an editor. If any of the editor is willing to publish an article then his/her article should be processed and reviewed by another editor. Editor should refrain from using the information, data, theories, or interpretations of any submitted manuscript in her/his own work until that manuscript is in publication.
One of the basic criteria for deciding which of the articles submitted should be published is, validity of the work done and its importance and useful ness for researchers and readers. This is the whole sole responsibility of the editor to decide whether any article will get published or not.
Editor should evaluate manuscripts without taken into consideration the race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors. Editors´ decision to accept or reject a paper for publication should be fully based on the paper´s importance, originality and clarity, and the study´s relevance to the aim of journal.
The editor may be guided by the policies of the journal’s editorial board and constrained by such legal requirements, copyright infringement and plagiarism. The editor may confer with other editors or reviewers in making this decision.
Articles submitted for possible publication are subjected to a double-blind, peer review process. Articles that are found suitable for review by the editors are then sent to two experts in the field of the paper. Referees of a paper are unknown to each other. Referees’ evaluations usually include an explicit recommendation of what to do with the manuscript. Referees’ comments are then seen by the author.
Editors should be ready to justify any important deviation from the described process. Editors should not reverse decisions on publication unless serious problems are identified.
Editor and any editorial staff must not disclose any information relating to submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher. Editors will ensure that material submitted remains confidential while under review.
